Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

📦 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  
• With original tags and accessories
  
• In the original packaging (opened bags/boxes are acceptable)
  

✨ Quality Issues

If we made a mistake or the item arrived with a clear defect, we’ll happily cover the return cost or send a replacement.

Quality issues include:

• Wrong item received
  
• Wrong size/color sent
  
• Obvious manufacturing defects
  
• Minor color differences due to lighting/screens

🌈 Non-Quality Returns (Didn’t Like / Didn’t Fit)

If you simply changed your mind or the item does not meet personal expectations:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  

This includes reasons such as:

• Style or color preference
  
• Fit not as expected
  
• Texture or thickness preference
  
• Minor color differences due to lighting/screens
  
• Temporary fabric odor caused by packaging, storage, or transportation
  

Please note that slight odors from new fabrics or sealed packaging are normal and typically disappear after airing the garment for a short period. Such cases are not considered quality defects.

Because international return shipping can be expensive, we may offer alternative solutions when appropriate, such as partial refunds or a discount coupon for your next purchase.

🚚 Important Note About Return Addresses

The address printed on the shipping label belongs to the carrier’s processing center, not our warehouse.

Please contact us before returning anything, and we’ll provide the correct return address.

Unauthorized returns may be lost or rejected by the carrier.
